We gathered insights into our target audience — their needs, preferences, and behavior patterns. This helped us better understand how to create an effective user experience aligned with real user expectations. We also conducted competitive research across both Russian and international markets, analyzing successful products and best practices within the industry.
The app makes it easy for residents to request maintenance services, pay utility bills, issue guest or family access passes, and access a wide range of everyday services in just a few taps. Designed as an essential everyday tool, the app simplifies daily life for residents and creates a more seamless living experience within the residential community.
Service Requests
To make the process faster and more intuitive, users can choose from a list of the most common issues when creating a service request. This significantly reduces the time needed to submit a request and improves the accuracy of issue reporting.
Built-in chat functionality allows residents to communicate directly with their assigned technician — уточнить детали, ask questions, or receive guidance throughout the process. Once the work is completed, the request is submitted to the resident for approval. Users can then rate the quality of service and leave feedback about the completed work.
Billing & Payments
Residents can manage their finances and pay utility bills directly through the app — anytime, from anywhere. All previous transactions are securely stored and доступны at any time for quick access and reference.
The app also provides detailed expense breakdowns for utilities, electricity, water usage, and other household services. This gives users greater transparency into their spending habits and helps them make more informed financial decisions when optimizing monthly expenses.
