Challenges
  1. Property areas and asset types — apartments, commercial units, storage spaces, and parking spots — were often managed across separate Excel files by different departments, causing inconsistent data.
  2. Ownership shares between investors, administration, and equity holders were constantly changing, making it difficult to quickly answer: “How many square meters does each party own?”
  3. Reports for management, finance, legal teams, and external stakeholders had to be compiled manually.

Create a product that helps manage inventory and area balance across a project — ensuring that data on residential and commercial units, storage spaces, and parking spots remains unified, accurate, and verifiable.
