  1. Conducted interviews and in-person meetings with farmers and factory representatives to better understand their real needs, challenges, and everyday workflows.
  2. Considered the local context — including language support (Kyrgyz and Russian), cultural nuances, and varying levels of trust in digital products.
  3. Evaluated the level of digital literacy among users. Since many users had limited experience with digital interfaces, the product was designed to minimize complexity and make interactions as intuitive as possible.

The farmer dashboard serves as the central hub of the ecosystem — a convenient platform for managing day-to-day agricultural operations.
Farmers can track crops, planting activities, and production performance, monitor finances and budgeting, and access analytics on yield efficiency and profitability.
Sugar Exchange
Farmers can discover competitive sugar offers from buyers and suppliers, close deals without intermediaries, and track real-time market prices directly through the platform.
Marketplace
Farmers can purchase seeds and fertilizers, rent equipment, find contractors for field operations and harvesting, and even заказать drone-powered irrigation services directly through the platform.
Crop Management Maps
Digital crop cultivation guidelines tailored to soil conditions, climate, and economic factors — including planting schedules, irrigation and fertilization plans, cost calculations, and yield forecasts.
